Matching set made of linen blend fabric (from what I can figure).
The top
8 buttons in the back. Rounded collars pieces. Dolman 3/4 sleeves. Fitted waist. Unlined.
The skirt is knee length with side metal zipper and button closure. Pencil skirt. Pleats in front, darts in back. UnLined. Kick pleat. One small flaw: seam coming undone around the waist band (see pic)
