This Caprock brand quartz heater element maintains 100% compatibility with Vollrath 59854 and others. The heaters are wired in series (two lamps are jumpered together at one end), so each lamp runs at 120 volts and the pair of lamps runs at the system voltage of 240V. Two lamps will go out at a time, even if just one is no good. This lamp replaces the part number 59854. Used in a variety of toasters. Make sure you have the correct voltage and wattage, as there are other models referencing the same numbers.
